We’ll send you agent proposals

Within 48 hours, we’ll send you up to 5 competitive agent proposals, so you can easily compare:
  • Agent qualifications and reviews
  • Commission quotes & contract terms
  • Marketing plans such as # of open houses, staging services, print ads, virtual tour videos, etc

All you have to do is pick the agent(s) and the price(s) you like! You can select two agents to exchange contact information and conduct in-person interviews.

  3. Agreement to LessThan6Percent’s strict service level agreement, ensuring the best service possible. All of our agents will be there from beginning to end to assist you with:
    • Planning & Selling your Home - your agent will personally meet with you to understand your needs, offer insights, and produce selling recommendations

Poorly performing agents will be banned from the site

Once a partner agent reads and accepts the LessThan6Percent service level agreement, they’re expected to deliver a high level of service every time. If their service repeatedly falls short, we won’t work with them anymore.

In order for our seller guarantee to be in effect, you must abide by our Terms of Service, select one of our approved real estate agents, and have a signed a listing agreement with them. Also, all aspects of the transactions have to go through the LessThan6Percent platform. We reserve the right to fully investigate the transaction to identify the source of fault. Dissatisfied customers must disclose to us the terms and frequency of discussion along with the services received from the real estate agent. This will include any and all copies of contracts and correspondence. If the listing changes in any way, you must tell us in order for our satisfaction guarantee to be in effect for the entire transaction.
